• Fees, billing frequency, and payment methods are specified in the invoice or SOW. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services and/or late fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and government charges (excluding our income tax).
• Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms of the applicable plan.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Fees for work already completed or resources reserved may be non-refundable.
• Prepaid retainers and subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in the SOW.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, content, brand assets, and access (e.g., hosting, CMS, ad accounts) required for delivery.
• Ensure you have rights and permissions for all materials you supply to us, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or laws.

Acceptable Use

• No misuse of services for spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., email/SMS marketing, data protection, advertising guidelines) is required.

Intellectual Property
